7. Urban redevelopment taps a wide range of financial sources:

To combine funds from the spheres of economic, social and urban development policy in an exemplary way.

• Model projects with concentrated funding go further than the traditional procedures, instruments and active stages of urban redevelopment, thus stimulating the necessary alterations in law.
• Decisions on subsidies must guarantee the funding of experimental projects with an exemplary international function. The modalities of financing are oriented on the projects.
• Projects of urban redevelopment have an effect on the labour market in both the private and public sectors.
